Thailand's digital minister has threatened to take legal action against Facebook because a message was wrongly translated by Facebook's automatic translation tool during a live broadcast of the birthday celebration of Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn.
泰国数字部长指责Facebook未能遵守政府的要求,限制非法内容,这可能与该国的君主制有关。泰国数字经济与社会部长Puttipong Punnakanta对此非常不满。
蓬纳坎塔表示:“我们会根据泰国法律命令删除或限制某些内容,而在对方没有与我们进行合作的情况下,我们可能将使用计算机犯罪法案(Computer Crime Act)中的第27条,该条法律规定,不遵守法院的命令是一种犯罪行为。”
"We will delete or restrict certain content according to Thai law orders, and in the case of the other party not cooperating with us, we may use section 27 of the computer crime act, which stipulates that it is a crime not to comply with the court's order," ponnakanta said
Facebook目前已经为此事道歉,并且暂时禁用了英-泰自动翻译功能。
